Every CA becomes a tracked result, so strong groups build a public record instead of just shouting in chat.
Groups can compete for the top spots without Black Cat exposing private wallet or caller internals.

Setup
Add Black Cat to a Telegram group.
Invite Black Cat to your
group chat, make Black Cat admin, and write /setup. Tell Black Cat why your
group should be added: who is in it, how active it is, what kind of calls you make, and why
the group is worth approving.
Black Cat is privately operated and works with approved chat groups. If your group looks legit, it can be approved for the pilot. If Black Cat is removed from the group later, the group is hidden from the public leaderboard and call intake stops.
Add Black Cat to your Telegram group and make Black Cat admin.
Write /setup and explain why the group should be added.
The group is reviewed for quality, activity, and fit.
If the group is legit, Black Cat can start working with it.
Trading
How group calls are tracked.
Approved groups can paste a Solana CA in chat. Black Cat records the call, scans the token, replies once, and tracks how the token performs. In the pivot setup, group calls are not automatic bot buys.
Group calls are scored for the board. Black Cat capital stays in the LP lane.
Repeat calls update the token and group context without adding spot exposure.
Calls earn points for +25%, 2x, 3x, 5x, and 10x performance.
Best calls and hit rate push groups higher on the leaderboard.
The public board is synthetic and promotional. It shows call quality, not private wallet accounting or real trading PnL.
Strategies
What Black Cat can do today.
Black Cat is focused on approved group-chat call tracking and a separate Meteora DLMM LP strategy. Copy-wallet scanning and random low-cap group-call aping are off in the pivot setup.
Approved groups paste a CA. Black Cat records the call, scans the token, tracks the peak, drawdown, 24h return, and best multiple, then scores the group.
BCAT capital runs in a separate LP lane focused on SOL-paired Meteora DLMM top performers with TVL, volume, fee, security gates, and wider ranges for active pools.
Realized LP profit is split 50/50: half goes to batched Black Cat token buybacks, half stays in the LP bankroll.
The public board shows synthetic call performance only. It does not publish real group PnL, raw ids, private caller data, or wallet secrets.
Calls are tracked and scored. They do not auto-buy spot positions in the pivot setup.
ROI, Level, Hit rate, Best, group image, and socials are public. Real dollar PnL is not.
The LP bot scans candidates about every 5 minutes and watches positions about every 60 seconds.
Caller-level data stays inside the group. The public site shows sanitized group stats, not private chat internals.
Rewards
Buybacks come from LP profit.
Group calls no longer drive Black Cat capital directly, so group calls no longer create trading reward payouts. Realized LP profit is split by the current live policy: 50% is queued for batched Black Cat token buybacks, and 50% stays in the LP bankroll.

Public stats show wallet proof, buybacks, and synthetic group ranking. The public balance refresh is throttled to avoid noisy KV writes; the current setup is designed around roughly 30 to 60 minute refreshes.
Private
BCAT holders get the private room.
The private gate is wallet-based. A holder connects a Solana wallet, signs a message, and receives a short-lived Telegram join request link if the wallet passes the BCAT threshold.
Connect wallet and sign a proof message. No transaction is requested.
The site creates a one-use Telegram request link.
The bot approves the join request only if the invite matches the verified wallet.
Holder status is rechecked on a timer with a grace window before removal.
Safety
Groups earn visibility by calling well.
Groups that call well rank higher. Groups that call weak tokens lose synthetic ROI and Level momentum until they recover.
The public leaderboard does not show deployment size or dollar PnL. It shows synthetic ROI, Level, hit rate, best multiple, and call count. Bad calls can hurt the score; runners lift it.
